How to repair your barbecue grill
To set your grill, you must disassemble the grill and examine the condition of each section to see how each section works.Fortunately, your grill isn't as complicated as an engine. It's easy to separate.People can quickly verify what works and what doesn't.
Once you have identified the problem and purchased the appropriate replacement parts, you can follow these steps to fix it
1, switch off the gas or fuel line
Before doing any work on your grill, make sure to disconnect the fuel line to protect you.You should also wear gloves to protect yourself from cuts and oil stains.
2, Remove grill, rocks and flame sticks
Next, remove the grille, stone and flame rod to effectively clean/remove grease from the grille. If the rocks on the grill get grease, replace them with new rocks or briquettes.Remove steam rod or flamethrower (assembly to prevent oil leakage from burner)
Thoroughly clean the inside of the grill to remove excess grease and debris. You can do this with a wet rag.Avoid scraping your grill with sharp edges, as this can cause further damage.
3, Inspect the Ignitor
Once you have removed the above components and cleaned the inside of your grill, you should check the igniter for sparks. If you press the igniter button and it doesn't ignite the gasoline, it may indicate that your igniter is broken. You can cover any exposed wires with electrical tape, or, if that doesn't work, replace the entire assembly.
4, Remove and repair burners
If your burners still work, it may only take a quick clean up to get them working like new.You can simply remove the burners and venturi tubes, clean them, and remove rust/debris.You can use a small wire brush to remove rust from the burner holes. If the rust is severe or the burner hole is completely blocked, you should replace your burner.
5, Perform external repairs

Last but not least, if you're replacing and repairing the interior, you might as well make the grill look new from the outside, too.
A flexible putty brush makes it easy to wipe off any sticky stuff stuck to the outside.A wire brush will remove oxidation from the shell.Wipe with an alcoholic paper towel to remove any remaining oil and dirt.Heat resistant spray paint can make your grill look like new!
We also recommend using a spray primer and a rust-proof converter on any exposed metal areas.
